Your purchase should be with you within 5 working days. please allow a little longer if you are outside of mainland UK and over busy times of the year such as Christmas.
Products can be returned if they are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. They are required to be returned in their original condition and with a copy of your original invoice or with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Products purchased during one of our SALES: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items unless the product is faulty. Please see Faulty Goods below.
How do I return my order?
If you have purchased your item through our website or from us directly and wish to return your item, please contact HORTONS via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for returning the product.
Returning an item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You will need to keep a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of returns at this moment in time. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post when being returned to us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
All refunds will be credited back via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.
In the unlikely event that your purchased item is faulty, we sincerely apologise and advise you to email us at email@example.com . Please explain how the item is faulty and provide contact details.
Gift vouchers are non refundable.

When shopping online with C. J. Hortons Limited, we ask for information such as your name, email & delivery address and credit or debit card details. A contact telephone number may also be requested so that you can be contacted if there is a problem with the order. All this information is necessary to process & notify you of your order.

Our site uses the latest secure server technology to ensure your information is protected to the highest standard, whenever you place an order or access your account information. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software we use encrypts the information you input, ensuring that it is virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you provide. When paying at checkout you are directed to a third party that handles all payments, this means we do not store any card details.
